TARDINESS
We value your time and I hope you will value ours and the time of other patients. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your or your child’s appointment time, you will need to reschedule and your visit will be counted as a missed appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
We kindly ask that patients give us a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us time to reschedule other patients in need of urgent appointments. Failure to do so will result in a $150 cancellation fee billed to your account.
PRESCRIPTIONS REFILLS
Please call your pharmacy first to determine if they can dispense a refill without our authorization. Otherwise, refill requests can be made by phone during regular business hours. Please allow two days for any refill to be authorized by the doctor and submitted to the pharmacy. If it has been more than 12 months since your last visit and you would like a refill, we ask that you please call and schedule a follow-up visit.
